Incorporated. Performed Environmental Site Assessments which included data collection in
the office and field, through site inspection, interviews, regulatory database checks,
collection and analysis of wetland information, floodplain and soil survey information,
and historical data, property title and aerial photo analysis. Determined appropriate sampling
strategy for site assessment, perform data collection in the office and field, discuss and
report the appropriate recommendations based on analytical findings. Performed or managed Hazardous
Materials Surveys for residential, commercial and municipal inspections and assessments of

title and aerial photo analysis. Performed Section 106 Historic Resource Reviews for cell
tower compliance, conducted research of files at GA Historic Preservation Division (HPD),
historic map analysis, zoning analysis, realization of all field work, including
photographic documentation, and communication with GA HPD to facilitate clearance process.
Completed FCC NEPA Environmental Checklists invloving the collection of documentation included
in evaluation to obtain FCC environmental compliance for cell tower construction. Performed
residential and commercial building materials inspections and assessments of hazardous materials
such as Lead-Based Paints and Asbestos as well as inspections of construction materials
during cell tower construction such as concrete and foundation steel.
August 1998-May 2000, Research Assistant; Costal Carolina University. Collected, analyzed, and
presented data for an on going study on the framework of a coastal geologic feature located
in Horry County, SC. Collected and analyzed data for a state and federally funded beach
renourishment project in Pawleys Island, SC.
